Brian Lutz has over 30 years of practice experience in many areas of law including real estate, corporate/commercial and Wills and estate planning. He has worked closely with financial advisors and accountants on transactions with challenging and complex legal issues. Real estate deals sometimes become complicated.


When that happens, Brian utilizes his knowledge, skill and experience to help obtain the best possible outcome for his clients.

Tara is a passionate and skilled Law Clerk that focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients. She is an Honours graduate of Mohawk College’s Office Administration Legal Program and the Law Clerk Program at Niagara College. Tara has also successfully passed the Associate Estates Examination with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario further enhancing her qualifications.

Beyond her professional commitments, Tara enjoys spending time with her spouse and three daughters exploring local hidden gems in the community.

Megan is a dedicated and dynamic member of the Lutz Law team, bringing over five years of experience and growing expertise in Family Law, Small Claims, Corporate Law, and Wills and Estates.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016, followed by a Paralegal Certificate from Mohawk College in 2019. Since then Megan has focused on developing her skills in Small Claims, taking a value-driven approach to client service and legal advocacy. Outside the office, Megan enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking with her dog.
